Self-Tour FAQs

Do I need an appointment?

No! You don't need an appointment in advance. With UTour we're able to offer flexible options for when you would like to tour one of our select homes. Whether it's an impromptu drive by or a pre-planned visit, we would love to have you!  

How do I access the home?

You will receive a code to the home upon selecting a home and time that you would like to tour. The code will expire after your scheduled tour time.

How long can I stay?

We have tours slated for 30 minutes, but if you need more time that's okay! 

Can I bring someone with me?
Yes! Please feel free to bring your family and friends to tour!
Can I tour more than one home?
Yes! Feel free to tour as many home as you'd like. We offer a list of different homes for you to tour.
What happens after my tour?
After your tour, please feel free to reach out to our team and we will guide you through next steps of the process! 
Can I talk to someone if I have questions?
